The TIMmy thermal copier is a small and more affordable entry-level option. Like its larger counterpart, it can copy the same width of A4 stencils (8.5 inches). The manufacturers use the same main components as the TIM, ensuring reliable spare parts availability. By eliminating non-essential components such as additional fans or automatic document recognition and component monitoring, the price of the TIMmy has been significantly reduced compared to the larger TIM. Despite the lower price, the TIMmy doesn't compromise on quality, boasting high-quality components and hand-assembled in Germany. Replacement carriers for the thermal copier are available in our shop.

Tips and information on creating templates:
Our experience shows that not every template is suitable, and this is precisely where the most common causes of poor or unusable copies lie.
The carbon content of the black ink is crucial for creating a perfect template with the thermal copier.
However, this is not visible to the naked eye, so experience and experimentation are necessary.
If your copies are too faint, the setting must be lowered. If the copies are too dark, the setting must be increased.
Here are a few examples:
- Suitable templates:
Black and white copies from a standard copier
Black and white printouts from a laser printer (generally, matte finishes are better than glossy ones)
Certain types of pencils/calligraphy pens (best to try them out yourself) - Unsuitable templates:
Black and white printouts from a standard inkjet printer
Felt-tip pens, ballpoint pens, colored pencils
